At risk of sending Twitter into meltdown, our position on social media is equivocal. In short, if you are already using social media and are happy doing so then by all means continue. If you don’t use social media and aren’t confident that you would use it much then don’t! In our experience, very few projects have taken off or sold shedloads because of a ‘miracle tweet’, nor are they likely too. Each project however is different and social media can be a powerful way to engage with your customers.
